The problem: Field reps spend 20% of their time on CRM updates. 79% of opportunity data never enters the CRM. When a rep leaves, their knowledge leaves with them.
The solution: Just send a WhatsApp message. The AI extracts contacts, creates tasks, and sends reminders. Works while driving with voice notes.

My approach: talk to users first, build second. Every feature in Rainbow AI came from real conversations with sales reps in wine, medical devices, automotive, and other industries.
